Manelink reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, Manelink, or third parties. Such termination may include deactivation of your account, removal of data, and restriction of further access to our services.
We may also limit or suspend your use of Manelink if we suspect unusual activity, violations of law, or if continued access poses risk to the integrity, security, or performance of the platform. Termination does not release you from any outstanding payment obligations or liabilities incurred prior to deactivation.
To use Manelink, you may be required to register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and any activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update it promptly if it changes.
Users must not share access credentials or allow unauthorized individuals to use the platform under their name. Manelink is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information. If you suspect misuse or unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately.
Access to Manelink is provided for your business’s internal inventory and asset management purposes. You agree not to misuse the platform or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems. This includes, but is not limited to, interfering with service integrity, circumventing security features, or using data scraping tools.
You agree to use the platform in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms. Manelink reserves the right to monitor usage and enforce policies to ensure a safe and effective experience for all users. We may limit functionality or suspend accounts found to be in violation.
Your use of paid Manelink services is subject to timely payment of all applicable fees as per your subscription. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for recurring billing cycles, unless cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Billing details and pricing are communicated during sign-up and are subject to change with prior notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access. If your account is suspended for non-payment, you may lose access to your stored data until payment is resolved.
We take data privacy and security seriously. Manelink implements administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. While no system is completely secure, we take reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure of your data.
Use of the platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how your information is collected, used, and shared. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with any applicable privacy laws in your jurisdiction when using Manelink.
All content, features, functionality, and underlying technology of Manelink are the exclusive property of Manelink Inc. or its licensors. This includes, but is not limited to, trademarks, software code, user interface elements, documentation, and visual design.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform solely for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without prior written consent. Unauthorized use or reproduction of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by following the instructions provided in your account settings or contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will continue to have access until that period concludes.
We do not offer refunds for partial periods of service, unless required by law. Upon cancellation, your access may be limited, and data associated with your account may be deleted after a retention period. We recommend exporting any essential data before terminating your account to avoid loss.
